G20 Digital Ministers’ Meeting will be held in Trieste on 5 August

The G20 Digital Ministers’ Meeting will take place on 5 August in Trieste and will be chaired by Italian Minister of Economic Development Giancarlo Giorgetti and Italian Minister for technological innovation and digital transition Vittorio Colao. Undersecretary of Economic Development Anna Ascani will also attend the event.

The Ministerial meeting will be held in the Trieste Convention Centre (TCC), where two press conferences are planned at the end of the working sessions: at 12:00 pm with Minister Giorgetti, and at 4:30 pm with Minister Colao.

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in attending the event, may request accreditation by 3 August 2021 no later than 6:00 pm CET via the following link: https://g20italia2021.org/ or by clicking on the “Accreditation” section of the Italian G20 Presidency website.

To access the Media Center, which will be open on August 5th from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, media representatives are required to show a COVID-19 negative rapid antigen test, carried out within 48 hours prior to entry. Accreditation badges will be then available at the Accreditation Centre located at the “Savoia Excelsior Palace” (Riva del Mandracchio, 4). The Accreditation Center will be open from 9am to 6pm on August 3th, from 9am to 8pm on August 4th and from 8am to 8pm on August 5th.
